Here's my situation.

I have a wordpress blog. And for whatever reason the set up is accessing a TON of CPU usage on my server. The Index.php file seems to Pulling a lot of resources from the database and mysql.

I've tried keeping my blog at a shared server like GoDaddy and I've even tried putting it in a VPS server that's a little more expensive. And In both approaches, the blog just keeps exhausting CPU resources and overloading. Forcing my site to get suspended or shut down in both typ...

I need a script that can be run periodically to aggregate the HTML source data from the Texas Statutes (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/) into a txt file that preserves the structure of the data consistent with the Title, Chapter, Section sequence displayed on the website. One text file for each Code - i.e., 30 separate files for each of the Agriculture Code, Alcoholic Beverage Code, Auxiliary Water Laws, etc through to Vernon's Civil Statutes.

to setup an account I currently do this

1. Via WHM I create a new account and file username/password

2. Via the new accounts cpanel I create 2 new databases and create/assign a new user with full priveldges to both of the new databases and file username/passwords
